Risk disclosure

Aurelix is an AI based trading robot. Trading foreign exchange and gold (XAUUSD) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You can lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance, including verified figures on Myfxbook, is not indicative of future results. Nothing on this site is financial advice. Your money. Your decision.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing Aurelix, downloading the trading file, or using the Aurelix Telegram bot, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Aurelix is

Aurelix is an automated, AI based trading robot designed to trade XAUUSD, primarily during the New York session, using a strategy based on liquidity sweeps, points of interest, and market structure. It can open, manage, and close trades and adjust stop loss and take profit levels autonomously.

3. No financial advice

Aurelix, this website, and any related content are provided for informational purposes only. We are not a licensed broker, financial adviser, or investment manager. We do not provide personal financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any decision to trade is made solely by you.

4. No guarantee of results

Performance figures shown are based on past activity and do not guarantee future outcomes. Market conditions change, and the strategy may underperform or incur losses. We make no promise of profit and no warranty that the software will perform without interruption or error.

5. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own broker account, capital, settings, and risk. We recommend a starting capital of $300 to $500 for smoother operation, but this is a suggestion, not a guarantee of any result. You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you.

6. Free access period

Aurelix is currently offered free for one month. We may change, pause, or end this offer at any time. Continued access after the free period may be subject to separate terms.

7. Third party brokers

We may recommend brokers such as RoboForex for better execution and spreads. Any account you open with a third party broker is governed by that broker's own terms. We are not responsible for the actions, fees, or outcomes of any third party.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurelix and its operators are not responsible for any financial loss, trading loss, data loss, or other damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. You use Aurelix entirely at your own risk.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of Aurelix after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
